DETERMINATION OF ANTAGONISTIC PROPERTIES AND BIOFILM FORMATION IN BACILLUS SPP. AND LACTOBACILLUS SPP.

The aim of the work was selection cultures Bacillus spp. and Lactobacillus promising for use as probiotics. Samples chicken droppings (250 samples) research were collected in period 2020 from clinically healthy chickens (age 28-48 days). poultry farms various scales methods keeping (large-scale industrial farms, homestead farms) Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv regions. According to results bacteriological studies, 94 genus (B. subtilis, B. licheniformis, cereus, megaterium, pumilus) 56 isolates (L. delbrueckii, L. Lactis, Reuteri, casei, brevis). In general, 32.1 % studied 21.3% able form high-density biofilms vitro. determining antagonistic properties showed that 98.4% 91.5% respectively medium high activity against 17 test strains microorganisms. obtained regarding ability a biofilm, action, resistance aggressive environment digestive tract (pH level, bile) became basis purpose developing preparation with probiotic action. Further will be aimed at selected antimicrobial drugs and, subsequently, effectiveness part complex experiments on evaluating their immunocorrective antioxidant effects, well preventing development intestinal infections an alternative antimicrobials drugs.
